The structure is composed of four key divisions :

1)The Secretariat – Executes the company policy, manage the organisational operations of the Bureau and provide direction to operational units.

2)The Business Development – Responsible for the business promotion, project appraisals, research, legal, facilitation, event management of the Bureau.

3)Corporate Service – Oversees and controls all financial matters of the Bureau, including human resources and administration and Information Technology.

4)Aftercare Unit – Responsible for the aftercare services, the administration and implementation of concessions under the Tourism Incentive Act (TIA) 2008 and provides corporate development support.
